Question 1:
What will be the naming convention for all the associated files for eMeasures (HQMF-XML, ELM-XML, ELM-JSON & HTML). Earlier we use to have measure identifier in the file name e.g., CMS9V6.html, CMS9V6.xml but now when the draft version of CQL was released, we have noticed that for few measures the naming of the file does not consist of measure identifier. e.g., CMS31 has a HQMF file name as 'EHDI1a_v5_4_eCQM.xml ' and some measures have naming convention as ' TESTCMS71_v5_4_eCQM.xml' . kindly clarify the inconsistency between the naming convention of eMeasure files.

Question 2:
Each measure has a separate common function file for e.g., MATGlobalCommonFunctions-2.0.000.xml will the content of this file varies for different measures?
