A FHIR json test case, where to test Principal Px -

test case: DENEXPass SCIPHipFxRank1SMDCT (additional test case is also attached )

1. Per logic expression, the principal Px is looking for ClaimProcedure.type.includesCode("Primary procedure"). However, json file with 'type' information receives an error msg
2. Without 'type' element in Claim file, the case passes validation tool. But MADiE tool shows an error msg that i need help with interpretating the msg so I could find out where to troubleshoot.
3. A question, the sequence included the "diagnosis" and "procedure" does not indicate #1 is principal, but 'type' does. Is this correct? If so, please note the cardinality for "type" is 0..* which may be problematic for capturing a principal code.
4. Could we review the function PrincipalProcedure() in CQMCommon during next week's eCQM User Group call? I am using my own expression in my measure library for now.
