An error within the Inpatient ASN logic across all four domains has been identified which causes encounters to meet numerators incorrectly. If a patient has two encounters during the measurement period and each encounter meets a different numerator, the expected result is that only the encounter meeting that specific numerator criteria should be passing. At this time, both encounters are meeting both numerators and seem to not be functioning independently of each other. Kim and I have spent time looking for a solution to this issue, but have not been able to identify the exact cause. I would greatly appreciate some guidance in how to update the logic to view each encounter separate of each other.
