We continually receive requests for inclusion of other patient classes (specifically outpatient in a bed) for addition to measure logic to count completion of measure observations. We currently include the GlobalHospitalization which includes ED and obs encounters tied to the eligible inpatient encounter. Is there a standard for inclusion of the other patient classes?
