In an effort to update the QI-Core version of the measure with QDM, matching test cases have been created. However, the outcomes are differing. Highlighting shows that the labor time is not being recognized, and I'm not sure how to modify the logic.

Another example is NUMPass - MedIndProc24HrsB4LaborRelvTimeEQEncEndTime

We have been able to successfully modify the logic, and the test cases are now showing 100% passing and coverage. Thank you for all your time and assistance, Peter!

          Best regards,

The QDM measure is Elective Delivery version 13.0.000 and the QI-Core measure is titled Elective DeliveryFHIR version 0.3.001.

There are multiple test cases, but these are two (2) examples that have the same name for each measure. Screenshots of these are included in the description:

          • NUMFail - CSecStarts1MinAfterLabor
          • NUMPass - MedIndProc24HrsB4LaborRelvTimeEQEncEndTime

Let me know if you would like more examples.

          Thanks,
          Melissa

Thank you Heather for providing measure number.

Upon preliminary review in MADiE, it is apparent that there are multiple versions of QDM and QICore related to CMS113.  In particular, some have higher QICore version numbers than that provided on this ticket.

Melissa, before analysis will be initiated, please confirm the exact Measure names and versions of both pertinent QDM and QICore versions and pertinent test cases in both specified measures..

For example, preliminary review of NUMFail-CSecStarts1MinAfterLabor.json indicates:
          a) Loinc 11884-4 Gestational age Estimated, effectiveDateTime: 2025-01-01T08:00:00.000+00:00, value: 38 weeks,
          b) Snomed 20236002 Labor established (finding), effectiveDateTime: 2025-01-01T08:59:00.000+00:00,
          c) Loinc 93857-1 Date and time of obstetric delivery, effectiveDateTime: 2025-01-01T08:00:00.000+00:00, valueDateTime: 2025-01-01T08:00:00.000+00:00,
          d) Snomed 8715000  Hospital admission, elective (procedure), start: 2025-01-01T08:00:00.000+00:00, end: 2025-01-20T08:15:00.000+00:00
          e) ICD10 10D00Z0 for Extraction of Products of Conception, High, Open Approach,  start: 2025-01-01T09:00:00.000+00:00, end: 2025-01-01T09:15:00.000+00:00

Please clarify, the above would indicate that delivery of infant occurred at 0800, labor started 0859 and Csection at 0900-0915 ???  Also, you have not indicated the aligning QDM test case.
