CMS 135 FHIR uses an overloaded function called overlapsAfterHeartFailureOutpatientEncounter. This function is in the AHAOverall v2.8.000 library. Looking at CQL, this function has 5 different signatures - 3 of which are used in CMS 135 - the ones for MedicationRequest, AllergyIntolerance and Condition.

However, only the signature for MedicationRequest is showing up.

Since the innards of these functions are slightly different depending on the argument type, it is important for them to be in the human readable.

In looking at the measure bundle, only the instance using MedicationRequest shows up there as well.

This also impacts the following measure: CMS 144 (Heart Failure (HF): Beta-Blocker Therapy for Left Ventricular Systolic Dysfunction (LVSD)FHIR) (draft of 1.4.00)

      Please fix.
