Hello Team!

I am converting measure CMS56FHIR from QDM to QICore and am running into some issues regarding how to properly code the dateTime a patient was deceased.

The solution I tried: 

When I say where date from Patient.deceased during day of Interval[x], I get no errors, however I am unsure whether or not it will recognize dateTime since the spec is saying that is the proper way to code it.
