The FHIR Resource of Observation has a status choice of registered. “The existence of the observation is registered, but there is no result yet available.” How is this interpreted? Does this mean the observation was performed and no result is yet available? Or was there just an order for the observation placed and the patient has registered. The intent of CMS 129 is for a patient to not be irradiated if at low risk for prostate cancer. Should registered be included in the list of statuses for this measure since we want to capture any time a bone scan was performed? ?
