received an error msg when applying condidtion.clinicalStatus.isActive() in MADiE tool

      In both CMS108, 190 FHIR measures, calling the fluent function isActive() in MADiE and VS code causes an error. Please see the screen shot attached.  AtrialFibrillation.clinicalStatus.isActive() yields an error related to System.Concept, per the  msg.
