Measure Name: VenousThromboembolismProphylaxisFHIR

Case Name: MedReason_MO_Warf_DO_IPC_IPEnc

Issue 1: Negation for MedicationRequest, category value “inpatient” causes error msg as tool requires to be “community”. The measure intent is to use “inpatient”, which is also a valid code for Category.

Issue 2: With category code as “community”, an execution error is popped up and without measure outcomes.  According to my research, I suspect that ServiceRequest.“reasonRefused” may be a reason. ServiceRequest."reasonRefused", a sliceName, is used in the measure logic while an extension qicore-doNotPerformReason is representing json file following QI-Core. Please help find the root cause and/or solution, if my assumption is incorrect.
