CMS826 HH-Pressure InjuryFHIR Numerator not passing as expected in BonnieFHIR

    • It is critical as this is a pre-rule AU2023 measure that will require FHIR conversion and testing, with import of measures and test cases to MADiE by May 2023. Ideally would like BonnieFHIR test cases to pass prior to import to MADiE.

      Testing the FHIR version of the CMS826 measure in MADiE and BonnieFHIR is showing unexpected results. For example, a Numerator test case that passes in BonnieQDM is not passing in MADiE or BonnieFHIR.
      Attached are zip file MAT exports of both QDM and FHIR versions of the measure. The attached Word document shows details of both test cases and identifies the area of failure in the FHIR test case in MADiE and BonnieFHIR.
      Could this be that this particular piece of logic is not supported in MADiE and BonnieFHIR? Unsure if it is a logic issue vs. unsupported issue. Requesting guidance.
