Hello,

1) In the earlier version of CMS72 the direct admit condition was taken care with the below logic in Denominator Exclusion:

"AND NOT: "Encounter, Performed: Emergency Department Visit" <= 1 hour(s) ends before or concurrent with start of Occurrence A of $EncounterInpatientNonElective"

But now it is being clubbed in the Global.Hospitalization logic. Kindly clarify how the Direct admit and ED admit patients are calculated with this new CQL logic.

2) In the earlier version of CMS72 the Numerator logic had an ED visit logic where it was taken care with the below condition:

<= 1 day(s) starts before start of "Medication, Administered: Antithrombotic Therapy"

But now this particular condition is not present in the CQL logic, kindly clarify, how this is being taken care in the new CQl logic ? Thanks in advance.
