3 Questions that I can't find documentation on any of the go-to websites:
1) Do CAH have to submit CCDEs/ participate in the Hybrid HWR measure?
2) Do Surgical hospitals have to submit CCDEs / participate in the HHWR measure?
3) If surgical hospitals are required to participate, how do you account for missing labs? Many of the surgical facilities we work with send out the labs and DO NOT upload the results in a structured, mappable field in their EHR.
