The Hybrid Hospital-Wide Readmission measure submission would only include the Core Clinical Data Elements, as a hybrid measure no outcome is calculated just with this data.

Can you please clarify if it is the expectation that EHR vendors need to certify the Hybrid Hospital-Wide Readmission measure (ONC certification process) before it can be used by hospitals to report for HIQR program on the first voluntary submission period of July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022? This is a voluntary hybrid measure and does not count toward eCQM submission.

Your guidance would be appreciated.
