Can you provide guidance on the acceptable units of measure for White Blood Cell (WBC) and Platelet (PLT) data elements for Hybrid measure submissions for the July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 mandatory reporting period?

Currently, our EHR vendor supplies WBC values in k/µL and Platelet values in both k/µL and FL. We would appreciate confirmation on whether these units are acceptable for submission.

Additionally, are there any anticipated changes to unit of measure requirements for the July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 reporting period that we should begin preparing for?
