Can a patient's weight be included in the measure's logic if the patient has a status of "Outpatient in a Bed" at the time the weight is documented? The patients in question had a continuous hospital admission where they moved from an "outpatient in a bed" status directly to an inpatient status. According to the Guidance section 

"If the patient has values captured prior to admission, for example from the emergency department, pre-operative, or OTHER OUTPATIENT AREIA within the hospital, the logic supports extraction of the FIRST resulted vital signs and laboratory tests within 24 hours."
