      Is it acceptable to submit CCDE values that were obtained outside of our health system (different CCNs that are not a part of our health system) if we have access to them and they are within the required time frame?

      Scenario:  Patient was seen in the ED at a critical access hospital that uses the same electronic medical record as our health system through a host-affiliate EMR that our health system provides (but is a separate health system). Patient was transferred to our facility as a direct admit.  A weight was obtained at the critical access hospital, is within the required time frame of inpatient admission to our facility, and we have access to the weight.  Is it acceptable to use this value?
