      Hello, if a patient is in the ED and then transferred to another ED and then admitted to the 2nd facility, do we take the first vital signs/lab values at the original hospital or the first vital signs/lab values at the 2nd hospital that the patient was transferred to and then subsequently admitted to for the hybrid measures?
