Implementation of 85-Day Deactivation Policy
The ONC Jira Core and Confluence support team will soon implement an account deactivation policy for all users who have not logged into the systems within the previous 85-days or more. To avoid the risk of having your account being deactivated, please immediately log into ONC Jira Core and Confluence as soon as possible. Deactivated accounts will be retained, including historic activity. Users are able to reactivate their accounts using the correct credentials used prior to deactivation.

2026 Reporting Period Hosp Inpt eCQMs:

CMS0529v6, CMS0844v6

I have seen various suggestions that the performance % would be lowered to 70% for Linking Variables, Physical Exam vital signs and Laboratory Results. Also that it would passing even if two vitals signs and 2 laboratory test results were missing. Is this finalized and posted anywhere? I do not see it in the eCQM specifications. Thank you
