We have a particular surgeon whose patients are populating on our HWR/HWM measures for his planned surgeries.  We are trying to understand if his patient population is included in the laboratory portion of this measure, or if the cases will not be matched against a qualifying claim.  His patients are inpatient status, and he performs surgeries of the spine like: Anterior Cervical Discectomy Fusions, Posterior Lumbar Fusions, etc.   Two common primary procedure codes are: 0RG20A0 and 0SG30AJ.  Would you be able to tell me if they are in the surgical cohort that is excluded from the laboratory portion?  Also, can you provide a complete list of procedure codes that are part of the cohort that would have lab values not included in the measurement results?
