I have confusion about the requirement for linking variables for the Hybrid measures.  The specifications for 7/1/24-6/30/25 do NOT specify the need to submit an NPI for MA patients. 

However, the revised Hybrid methodologies released in April 2024 DOES specify the requirement to submit an NPI for MA patients for this reporting period.

The report built in Cerner is based off the official specifications, so NPI is not built into the report.  

Can you provide clarification about the NPI requirement for the current reporting period? (7/1/24-6/30/25)

NPI is specified as a requirement for 7/1/25-6/30/26 but not for this current reporting period, even though we have MA patients now in the initial patient population.
