Would like to understand the TEST Hybrid Measure Outcome spreadsheet and the reference to the case numbers
We recently submitted QRDA files through the TEST submission and received the Outcomes report.
Within the spreadsheet, we have the same QRDA file and data listed twice, the only difference is in the Case number that is assigned. All CCDE and linking variables are the same.
Would like more information on how the TEST measure outcome table is set up and why there would be duplicate QRDA files listed.
