Implementation of 85-Day Deactivation Policy
The ONC Jira Core and Confluence support team will soon implement an account deactivation policy for all users who have not logged into the systems within the previous 85-days or more. To avoid the risk of having your account being deactivated, please immediately log into ONC Jira Core and Confluence as soon as possible. Deactivated accounts will be retained, including historic activity. Users are able to reactivate their accounts using the correct credentials used prior to deactivation.

Impact:
Patient sex is not linking to all patients. This has resulted in a negative impact in meeting the requirement

For both CMS 529 and CMS 844, we have confirmed with our HB team that the claims submitted match and have the patient sex listed. This was also confirmed within the patient EHR and generated QRDA files. Yet, we are still seeing HSR from CMS which have the patient sex as missing. We cannot determine missing sex variable on our end submission to CMS. Has there been any issues with this variable pulling properly into the CMS reports?
