See attached hybrid FAQ which says hospitals submit EHR data for all Medicare FFS patients meeting the initial population criteria including "patients discharged alive from an inpatient...."

Please confirm that this is a typo in the FAQ. The logic for the Initial Population for CMS 529 does NOT exclude patients who expired. If they are discharged with a discharge status of expired, they are still included in the Initial Population based on the way the logic is currently written. Thank you!
