There is a list of exclusions of patients for this measure that are NOT being addressed in the logic and intent so vendors(ie Medisolv) need to build there reports for. This is causing hospitals to look at data and possibly change workflows and draw unnecessary labs. Example would be hospice patients, expired patients, surgical patients we are finding labs not drawn on that show as outlyers.

The logic needs to be updated to include all the exclusions so the unnecessary practice changes or reporting are not being done. If there are clear exclusions stated i.e expiration, it needs to be added to the ONC specs so vendors can include them in their build.
