Is there an updated document like the one attached?  We were discussing Hybrid data completeness and for those patients who would be excluded (outlined on pg. 41 of the attached document) do the data completeness requirements (Linking Variables 95%, Vital Signs/Labs 90%) apply prior to or after exclusions?  Thank you!
