Hi,

On validating a hybrid measure file for reporting period 2022 i.e July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, there is an error on the HQR portal with CMS_0084 for a Payer- Medicaid.

as we understand from the CMS IG–If a payer is a Medicare payer then this error is valid, however wanted to understand why has this error popped up for the Medicaid Payer.

Also–as we are aware for QRDA 2023 reporting period this validation has been retired, is that correct?
