Our organization upgraded from Epic Version May 2022 to Feb 2023 version on 6/11/2023. We generated hybrid measure test files for submission for quarter 2 ( 4/1/2023-6/30/2023). The files were rejected by CMS with the following error: CMS EHR Certification ID does not meet year/version criteria (CONF:CMS_0082). Any reason we would be receiving this error? We completed the following troubleshooting tips: We added both CHPL ID's (current one and previous one) submitted and also was rejected with the same error. We attempted adding only previous CHPL id and submitted Q3 ( Jul 1, 2022 - Sep 30, 2022 ) and this file was accepted with no errors. Please advise how we can successfully submit for Q2 2023 without getting this version error.
