Our hospital participated in the voluntary submission of the Hybrid-HWR measure for the July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022 reporting period. After reviewing the HSRs for each of our hospitals, we are having difficulty pinpointing the individual records for which linking variables were not submitted. Table IV: Discharge-Level Information for the Hybrid HWR Measure has columns for each linking variable, but it does not appear to list the records with missing linking variables nor does it indicate mismatches for linking variables. 

Please provide insight on how this calculation was made. Please provide instructions on how to utilize the HSR to isolate records with missing linking variables.
