Define "resulted" in HWR and HWM

      In the HWR and HWM specifications, the guidance refers to the "first resulted laboratory tests". Please clarify what "resulted" means.

      In our EMR (Epic), when a laboratory test is performed, it shows a collected time of the sample and the resulted time with the value. These are two distinct times.

      What specific time, the collected or resulted time of the laboratory test, is required in the QRDA?
