Based on the lab result exclusion criteria "excludes concepts that represent laboratory tests...using the specimen source of capillary blood" should the logic in our files be excluding POCT testing for labs given the LOINC code exclusion criteria of not using capillary blood. If POC doesn't need to be excluded, are there specific criteria POC that CMS is expecting these components to meet?
