Hello JIRA,

My question involves the two Hybrid Measures; CMS 529v2 and CMS 844v2.  The IQR requirements state that we need to meet a 90% threshold (or more) on both measures for vitals signs, and a 90% threshold (or more) for the laboratory test results on both measures.

1. In order to qualify for being counted as compliant for vital signs- does that mean we have captured at least ONE vital sign to be counted; or does that mean we have to capture ALL listed vital signs for the measure(s)?
2. In order to qualify for being counted as compliant for laboratory test results- does that mean we have captured at least ONE laboratory test result to be counted; or does that mean we have to capture ALL listed laboratory test results for the measure(s)?

(Of course, following the guidance in the specs for timelines and population)

We are currently mapping and validating these measures for the mandatory reporting requirements for 2023-2024 and need to know how to proceed in our hospital system.
