Implementation of 85-Day Deactivation Policy
The ONC Jira Core and Confluence support team will soon implement an account deactivation policy for all users who have not logged into the systems within the previous 85-days or more. To avoid the risk of having your account being deactivated, please immediately log into ONC Jira Core and Confluence as soon as possible. Deactivated accounts will be retained, including historic activity. Users are able to reactivate their accounts using the correct credentials used prior to deactivation.Login Support

Our health system currently has 5 hospitals. Patient is a direct admission from one of the 5 hospitals. EHR for the patient’s encounter also included his/her records from that hospital. Our current QRDA pulled VS/labs (within 24hr prior to inpatient admission) from that hospital. Should the records from other hospitals (under the same health system) be removed from the current mapping although EHR includes all records for given patient?
If patient came from physician’s office (separate facilities affiliated with our health system) and EHR included VS/Labs from the physician office, would it be correct to map records (within 24hr prior to inpatient admission) from this physician’s office?
