Initial Population of the measure states 'All Medicare fee-for-service patients...', is the intent of the measure to include patients with 'private-fee-for-service' (i.e. Medicare Advantages, Medicare Medical Savings Account (MSA), etc.) The 'Medicare Payer' Valueset includes codes for other Medicare Health Plans (in addition to the Original Medicare). Please clarify. Thanks.
