FHIR library files discrepancies

    • VTEFHIR4 v4.3 and VTEFHIR4 v4.3.000 (draft)
    • Need library file issue fixed so it can be used in the measures to continue FHIR measure conversions.

      I started to work on FHIR measure conversions. I was able to create and saved/versioned library named VTEFHIR4 v4.3. But once I drafted this file, CQL Editor tells me the file contains errors. Please see attached file for details.

      I wanted to know

      1. why CQL editor shows no issues and file is able to successfully included in the measures but individual functions show errors. Is this file is good use or not?  
      2. There is no difference between Versioned v4.3 and Draft v4.3.000. Why errors are popped up in CQL Editor for draft file while no errors in versioned file?
