Mismatch in QRDA for writing result as DateTime.

      Recently as part of the development of PC-01 and PC-02 measures provided by TJC, we created couple of tests and created QRDA1 files for the same for some validation purpose. we noticed that the result as datetime is written as mentioned below in the Bonnie generated QRDA files.

      <value xsi:type="ST">2020-07-06T14:00:00.000+00:00</value>

       

      When raised as a question in QRDA Issue tracker(QRDA-962), they clarified that this needs to be written out using "TS" type and not "ST". Can you please correct the same, if "ST" is not the correct way.
