Upon attempting to login to the MAT using my HARP ID, I am getting a page that says "400 Bad Request." I included the URL of the error page below. I have attempted login many times this morning using multiple browsers, before and after clearing my browsing history but am still getting the error. I'm not sure if this is a global issue or if it is something specific on my end.
