I have tried to link my HARP account with my MAT user ID 4+ times, and receive the following error each time (image attached). I updated my security questions and saved the responses prior to the HARP integration, so I am confident I have the correct answers. I submitted a ticket with the MAT help desk on Monday May 11, and have not heard anything. My HARP account was successfully created prior to the integration.

Could you please help me link my HARP account (ggiudice) with my MAT user ID (GiGiudic5208)? My organization is Mathematica.
