IMPAQ has assumed responsibility for Hospital Harm measures maintenance.  As part of the transition process, we are uploading to Bonnie the draft  MAT eCQM measures developed by previous contractor.  5 of 6 zip files uploaded easily.  I have re-downloaded the zip file from MAT today and repeated my attempt to upload.  I receive a generic error:  Measure could not be uploaded.
