Bonnie seems to be incorrectly calculating the "or less after" operator incorrectly. When adding a resultDatetime within the appropriate 7 days or less window, it does not evaluate this test case. However, when adding the resultDatetime for MORE than 7 days, it evaluates correctly. This corresponds to test case "NumPass LabTestDecreaseHemoglobin"

Secondly, Bonnie seems to not be picking up the facility location codes for one valueset (operating room location). This is odd because we've used the exact same logic in other measures with no issue. This corresponds to test case "DenomExPass SurgicalPatient"
