The Procedure Performed datatype has both the relevant period attribute  as well as the author date/time attribute.  Acknowledging that it is preferable to use relevant period, we have a use case where we are wanting to use author date/time.  We cannot see where we can qualify on author date/time in Bonnie.  See attached screenshot.
