The appropriate attributes for the 'Procedure, Performed' data element are not present in the 'Field Value' drop-down. Need 'Anatomical Location Site', but the list displays 'Anatomical Structure'. This is preventing us to get to 100% coverage for this measure.

This persisted even after reloading the measure this morning and adding this data element to the test patient.
