The measure was previously loaded into Bonnie alpha with several failing test cases. After making updates to some definitions in the MAT the measure will not load to Bonnie. There are no validation errors showing in the MAT.

The Bonnie error message is:
"The measure could not be loaded.
Bonnie has encountered an error while trying to load the measure. "
