Getting a 403 Forbidden Message in Bonniev5.1.6. (similar to what was just resolved in BONNIEMAT-1903 opened earlier this week)

Note, I was just trying to rename the patient and update the expected values.  Upon trying to save the record, I got the 403 error message.  Below is the Support ID information that displays in the preview screen.

Do you know why we are only receiving these CMS Security Policy rejections on certain records? As I worked yesterday in the Bonnie tool cleaning up records for VTE108 & HH871 and did not get any rejections.
