I noticed when exporting three of my QDM measures (CMS133, CMS142, and CMS1157) from MADiE, the ordering of some terminology items and QDM Data Elements in the export was changed compared to the MAT export file. I have attached the export files to show the difference.

Specifically, for CMS 133, under QDM Data Elements, "Physical Exam, Performed: Best corrected visual acuity (observable entity)" using "Best corrected visual acuity (observable entity) (SNOMEDCT Code 419775003)" was moved to the bottom of the list.

For CMS 142, under QDM Data Elements, "Communication, Not Performed: Macular edema absent (situation)" using "Macular edema absent (situation) (SNOMEDCT Code 428341000124108)" and "Communication, Performed: Macular edema absent (situation)" using "Macular edema absent (situation) (SNOMEDCT Code 428341000124108)" were both moved to the bottom of the list.

For CMS 1157, under Terminology, valueset "Preventive Care, Established Office Visit, 0 to 17" (2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.101.12.1024) and valueset "Preventive Care Services, Initial Office Visit, 0 to 17" (2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.101.12.1022) were moved up two places in the list and under QDM Data Elements, "Encounter, Performed: Preventive Care, Established Office Visit, 0 to 17" using "Preventive Care, Established Office Visit, 0 to 17 (2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.101.12.1024)"and "Encounter, Performed: Preventive Care Services, Initial Office Visit, 0 to 17" using "Preventive Care Services, Initial Office Visit, 0 to 17 (2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.101.12.1022)" were moved up two spots in the list while "Encounter, Performed: Unlisted preventive medicine service" using "Unlisted preventive medicine service (CPT Code 99429)" was moved to the bottom of the list.
