After retransferring measure from MAT to MADiE, updating measure period to 2026, and then added/removed a space in the CQL Editor Tab, I confirm that the specifications saved successfully and all the fields appeared to have transferred with no issues. 

When I clicked on the Test Cases tab, I received the error message, "Unable to retrieve used definition references." 

I went back to the CQL Editor tab, removed then replaced a line, and then saved. Green message said something to the effect of Unable to translate...(something) and then after a few seconds, "CQL saved successfully."

Then, when I clicked on the Test Cases tab, I saw that ALL the test cases disappeared. After a couple minutes, the following error message displayed. (2 errors were found: An error occurred, please try again. If the error persists, please contact the help desk; Unable to retrieve used definition references.

I thought we only need to import our test cases once. In the prior couple weeks, the test cases were showed 100% passing, 100% coverage.
