Hello, 

Yesterday VTE-1, VTE-2, and STK-2 patient refusal test cases were passing and coverage was as expected, now these cases are not passing today. This will be a blocker issue for export for Connectathon at 100%. 

(I have been going through my other STK 3 and 5 measures updating based on the recent CQM common update for principal diagnosis and noting that this is an issue with those as well but can't detail the coverage cause I still am updating these cases.)

I would also like to confirm what is the expected cadence of running our test cases and why one day all test cases is having no issue and within 24 hours having multiple issues. It's difficult to keep up with especially when working on timelines.
