Hi team, please kindly explain the following error message. This is observed after importing a QDM test deck from Bonnie into MADiE.

• "The Family and Given combination on the Patient resource in the Test Case JSON is already used in another test case on this measure. The combination must be unique (case insensitive, spaces ignored) across all test cases associated with the measure."

Does this mean there are duplicative test case names in Bonnie? Bonnie doesn't have a rule around limiting test cases to having unique Last/First Names, is this changed for MADiE?
