Would it be possible to expand the Rate Aggregation field? Currently, only a single line of text is visible which makes describing a formula difficult. The following screenshot shows all the information that was copied from the MAT and pasted into MADiE. It appears that this would be difficult to create from scratch (for a new/future measure) in MADiE.
