Related to BONNIEMAT-1620 (https://oncprojectracking.healthit.gov/support/browse/BONNIEMAT-1620?jql=text%20~%20%22excel%20export%22)

When trying to export test patients in BONNIE by clicking on the 'Excel' button, the following message is displayed "An error occurred while exporting patients, please try again."

Copied from the ticket referenced above, the following steps were performed:

1. Go to https://bonnie.healthit.gov/
2. Dashboard/ Click on any measure's name (not the measure`s related issue).
3. Click on the gear icon on the Test Patient menu.
4. Click on the Excel button.

Actual result: "An error occurred while exporting patients, please try again." message is displayed.

Expected result: the Excel file is downloaded. 

Is this a known issue? If not, please advise on next steps.
